Returns & Replacements
Bateman Skincare offers returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. To qualify for a full refund or replacement the items are subject to conditions listed below.
· Items must be in a new and unused condition
· Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
· Damaged and defective items must be returned without any indication of customer use or tampering
All orders are placed via our online ordering services. You will be provided a confirmation number upon the successful completion of an order. If you did not receive a confirmation number there is a high likelihood that the order was not successful.
